Change of the eligibility requirements for the internship subsidy application

from the 2016 academic year (preliminary announcement)

 

1.Eligibility requirements

This subsidy is available for students willing to do a CoHHO-related internship of over one month at the below-mentioned organizations in Japan or overseas. As a general rule, students planning to do their internship overseas will receive priority.

Overseas

International organizations, educational research organizations, administration organizations, etc.

In Japan

Limited to international organizations

 (1) This subsidy is available for students willing to do a CoHHO-related internship of over one month at the below-mentioned organizations. As a general rule, students planning to do their internship outside of their home country will receive priority.

Limited to international organizations

Note: Definition of “international organizations”We will consider organizations falling under any of the following categories (1 & 2) as “international organizations’.

  • Generally known “international organizations”, which have been established by agreements/treaties at the international level.
  • The following requirements must be satisfied.
    • Organizations which conduct international cooperation activities (investigations, research, support projects, holding international conferences/symposiums, etc.)
    • Organizations which have homepages written in English and conduct publicity activities in English
    • Organizations which are acknowledged internationally
